Ten:10 Property Solutions is led by Colin and Ruth Flanagan, who share a long-standing commitment to providing supported housing that enables positive and lasting change. This commitment is rooted in many years of community service and professional experience.
Colin Flanagan spent a year in Africa undertaking relief and development work. He later worked in Central Asia and India, where he helped develop community dental initiatives. Colin’s focus is on the safe, compliant and professional management of properties, providing partner organisations with a reliable and trustworthy supported housing offer.
Ruth Flanagan worked together with Colin in India, supporting and developing the curriculum in a local school. Ruth plays a central role in shaping the values and ethos of Ten:10, helping to ensure the organisation operates with integrity, care and respect for residents.
Both Colin and Ruth have a shared passion to provide supported housing that is “ten out of ten” as can be seen by their commitment to the renovation and maintenance of these homes. With the help of the supportive team at SureStay Housing, they aim to prioritise the wellbeing of residents and the needs of partner organisations.
