Ten:10 Property Solutions currently has two homes in Exeter which can accommodate 11 people in their own bedrooms. The homes also have communal areas and fully equipped kitchens. Locations are kept discreet, and accommodation is provided exclusively through referral partners.

Each home delivers safe, comfortable housing in partnership with local authorities such as Exeter City Council and through the expert management services of SureStay Housing.

Tailored support is provided for each tenant, depending on the individual need and complexity. The tenants each have their own pathway designed by their caseworker in collaboration with other agencies. Some tenants are in verbal and digital contact with their support team members during the week, some are visited once or more a week, and many go out to support hubs on a regular basis such as CoLab and YMCA. 

SureStay provide a weekly health and safety and welfare check on all aspects of the property, tenants and inside all rooms, meaning issues are picked up promptly. They also provide weekly room cleans and a security firm carries out nightly checks to oversee the property and tenant welfare.
